This creamy dreamy lotion promotes a more restful nights sleep and is a gentle muscle ache reliever.

My favorite way to use is after a soak in bath or shower at the end of the day, lather all over body, put on my pjs and hop into bed with a cup of tea.

If you haven't used a topical magnesium product before, it can be good to note that it has a sting effect while absorbing. The sting is a good way to know the product is working. The body will only absorb as much as is needed, it is not possible to have too much applied. Applying on the soles of feet is the best and quickest way to absorb, be sure to put socks on after application 😌
